1. What does each package include?
All packages come with a digital gallery of fully edited, high-resolution images ready for download. Prints, photo gifts, and other physical products are available for purchase separately. RAW files are not provided.
2. Can I use my purchased digital files commercially?
No. All digital files are for personal use only, you may use your purchased images for your own prints, social media, non-commercial slideshows, or personal videos. Commercial use, resale, or distribution requires written permission from Hack Media.
3. Do you retain copyright to the images?
Yes. Hack Media retains copyright to all images. We reserve the right to use any images for portfolio, advertising, website content, social media, or contest submissions.
4. How can I pay for prints or digital files?
We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe for a smooth, secure checkout.
5. Is there a travel fee for events?
Yes. For events or sessions located more than 25 miles from Morgantown, KY, a $5/mile travel fee applies. Bulk mileage available for nationwide coverage, subject to lodging expenses.
6. Can I request a second photographer?
All packages include one photographer. A second photographer is available upon request for an additional fee.
7. How long will it take to receive my photos?
Delivery times vary by package, but digital galleries are generally available within 7 days of the event or session.
8. What should I do if I notice an issue with my photos?
Please contact us directly via the contact form on the website. We’ll work with you to correct any problems, such as defective prints or missing files.
9. How many photos will I get?
My goal is to capture the best moments from your session or event, not just to hit a specific number. You’ll receive a curated gallery of all the high-quality, fully edited images that truly capture the story, emotion, and highlights of the day. In most cases, I deliver as many, if not more, images than other photographers covering similar events.
If you’d like access to all unedited images in addition to the curated edits, that can be arranged for an additional fee. While you will still receive the curated, fully edited gallery, choosing the unedited files waives the guarantee that those additional images will be properly focused, cropped, or color-corrected.
10. What are the usage rights for digital files?
When you purchase digital files, you are granted personal usage rights only. This means you may print the images at any lab you choose, as many times as you like, and use them for personal projects such as social media, slideshows, or home displays. Hack Media retains copyright and reserves the right to use any image(s) for portfolio, advertising, website content, social media, or contest submissions. Commercial use or resale of images requires separate written permission.
11. Do you cover weddings?
No. Weddings are not part of my photography services. I’ve focused my career on sports, events, and personal sessions because that’s where my passion and expertise lie. This ensures that every session I take on receives my full attention and energy.
12. Do you produce adult content?
No. Hack Media does not produce, photograph, film, edit, or distribute pornographic or sexually explicit content. We reserve the right to decline any project that does not align with our business standards.
